Jym, the mere presence of such a large event "screws over" motorists. A drive
through the area surrounding the convention should make that clear.
You almost sound as if you believe the temporary ban on bikes on trains and
buses is an intentional slap at cyclists when it is much more likely that it is
merely a "space saving" measure to avoid being forced to add more buses and
trains to accommodate the added passengers they expect to carry.
