I got this quote from BeliefNet's "Thought of the Day". But Dan is right --
"life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" is in the Declaration, not the
Constitution.
Seems like an odd error for Ben to have made, since he was there for all
this stuff. So I went hunting.
I entered just the rest of the quote, i.e. "doesn't guarantee happiness,
only the pursuit of it." into Google, and it responded with several screens
which all specified "U.S. Constitution" and "Ben Franklin".
So, if this is not the correct quote, at least there are lots of other
people who are wrong.

The U.S. Constitution doesn't guarantee happiness, only the pursuit of it.
You have to catch up with it yourself.
