of George W. Bush have somehow been immobilized?
=v= Look at old footage of him (e.g. in _Farenheit_9/11_),
or some of the older photos in http://www.bushorchimp.com/
and you'll see, well, a "startled chimp" look now and then.
=v= But these days, his brow stays put while the rest of the
face does the "startled chimp" thing. I think he's trying
to look tough, like Clint Eastwood or something. There's all
this talk about Kerry supposedly being botoxed, but I think
the chimp's brow must be full of the stuff.
