I like the older Boston, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osborne, Foreigner, Styx
and Pat Benatar albums for energetic workouts; lots of energy in them.

I usually just listen to the radio for easier workouts, but don't
switch music between warmup/cooldown and training sections of the same
workout.
