Most mail-order houses aren't set up to deal with small parts, although if
you try one that also has retail outlets, perhaps they might be able to.
Are you having trouble getting your LBS to order them for you? If you can
provide the part numbers, it shouldn't be too difficult for them to find out
if Shimano has them in stock (and order them).
