I believe a faster unfaired recumbent could be built.
1. Dual Aero 650 wheels ... the kind that Nytro sells for about $1000 a
pop.
2. Computer modeled aerodynamic frameset.
Never assume that you have designed "the best possible." There's
always room for improvement.
