There are Chinese artisans who carve jade bowls. They carve
and carve and carve, and the bowl gets thinner and thinner
and thinner. If they're lucky, the bowl doesn't break. But
it often does. City riding might be a similar test of patience
and perserverence. It's just another kind of challenge -- of
something to master. And it has its rewards.
