And sometimes a couple of days off the bike, and
then getting back on 'er does the trick.

And IME improvements come in plateaus rather than
linearly -- time goes by at the same level of
ability, and then all of a sudden ... poof!
It's better. It doesn't happen as much now for me,
though. I guess riding a bike really /is/ like sex.

hmmm ... suddenly I fear backsliding.
