Why do you hate resting? Resting is a beautiful thing. Learn to rest,
it will change your life. We are all so nuts in this society we feel as
if resting is one of the seven deadly sins. I do not condone laziness,
and I am not an advocate of sitting on the couch with a beer and a bag
of cheetos, but sometimes our bodies tell us ...."REST, OR YOU WILL
PAY...AND PAY DEARLY" There is a time for everything. My vote is REST
when you are in that much pain.
