scumbag is to click on the Terms Of Service link at the bottom of the
webpage for that emailer. In this case, www.al-qods.com defers to
http://www.al-islami.com/. Click on "free email" and then go to the bottom
of that page and click on Terms of Service - goes straight to Everyone.net
as in most cases.
