I don't know what american size 10 equals in canadian size, but
congratulations whatever. But remember, it's not really about size or
even the number on the scale, althought that's part of it. If you're
getting in shape and losing lots of weight you could also be saving
your life and your health! But thank god we have a fun way to do
it.Anyone who says exercising is dull or boring never got on a bike.
