Good post but you would be starving to death on the milk since you cannot
digest milk.
I asked about whey protein powder supplement, chocolate flavored, and having
just drank some blended with milk I can say it is not bitter but sweet..
Also, I never suggested you eat or drink only protein.
You can eat what ever you want on the 2 hour trip. But the next day try
drinking 5 gallons of gatorade before the race and see how you feel. It is
that simple folks. |
