Please do keep us informed on this.
Three of my four bikes have Brooks' on them of one sort
or another so I'd like to know just how responsive the
company is to what appears to be a common defect.
I think Brooks was "reconstituted" anew as a company not
too long ago so I'm curious to know how the new
management handles this sort of thing.
