This is true.
In the Northern Hemisphere, the north side of the Jet Stream
is where the cold weather is. The south side is where the
warmer weather is. And right underneath it is the soggy
Pacific Northwest.

The Jet Stream whips around like a busted headsaw
in a saw mill. Some people think its movements are
controlled by H.A.A.R.P. And some people think it's
capricious shifts are ascribable to Climate Change.
