I had a buddy in college from the woods in Tennessee. VERY
traditional musical tastes. He'd heard me listening to Beefheart, and
couldn't figure out why I'd do that. I gave him a cassette of Trout
Mask Replica, and asked that he listen to it at least a couple times.
A week or so later he gave me the tape back with a strange look in his
eyes. "Here, take it... I'm starting to really LIKE this".
