Bike Time

All that is good, but you need to do much longer stints on the bike. There is a vast difference to cycling 10 miles each way as a commute, to doing 118 in one hit. You don't specify as to whether or not there will be significant hills, and your gym work will help there, but nothing beats pushing hard on the bike over increasingly longer distances.
