| Their is a tool called a link remover...they even sell them at WalMart...Put the chain on a hard surface that has an opening (vise) tap out the links with the tool mentioned above or with an ice pick and hammer. Oh I forgot you have to slide off the link lock first...looks like a elongated c that goes over the two pins on the link. tap out the pin...repeat.
