| Your chain is wedged between the sprockets and the frame.Take the rear wheel loose and put the chain back on.There are two setscrews on the Derailer for travel to the right and left of the sprockets,have them adjusted until the chain stops at the edges of the gears.Check out the how to books at the library for more information.
