I have asked this question before, but I got mixed reviews. I'm asking again,hoping to get more opinions on this.

It might sound crazy, but I was wondering, those baby bicycles were fixed gear. Can we perhaps steal their hub and build a adult wheel with it? Theoretically, both are fixed gears, so....
would it work?
