| most likely , if u eat healthy also.. you mostly want to east healthy and do anything that increases your leg strength.. may i also recomend doing sprints.. like one side of the street to the other (10-20 ft) about 5-35 times, depending on your endurance and strength.. if you can do 35 without stopping, then you are pretty good.. that increases your endurance dramatically... just keep on pushing even if u feel like ur gonan die (but not literrally)... make sure you're hydrated and keep going...
