Read SHAPE magazine, Muscle & Fitness ( for Her ) website, and prepare for some upper body training routes. Some recommended exercises could've been mentioned by now though I recommend more light weight training to make your upper areas look symmetrical to your lower areas ( and add some health supplements to avoid that 'burnout' feeling. ) .
