| Riding is really easy. Throw on a helmet for safety, and a water bottle.
Ride, ride and ride. The more you ride, the better you'll get. Use your body to absorb and flex with the bumps.
The most painful lesson I've learned is to look in the direction you want to go. Where you look is where you end up going. I've gone over rocks and stumps cause I was too focused on them, and not on going around them. =0
Riding is awesome, have a blast with it, and enjoy.
