| Punctures can sometimes be difficult to find and repair...you either haven`t repaired it properly or there is another tiny hole....did you immerse the tyre in water to spot the puncture bubbles? This method rarely fails.
And make sure your tyre is absolutely dry, before you attempt to put a patch on it. And rough up the area properly too.
