| i really doubt it. it all depends on the frame. I personnally don't ride bmx, but i like bikes, and i have lots of friends who ride. 28 should definitely be small enough.
If your chain does touck(only on really tall, steep ramps), you may have to bunny hop in. I assume you don't have much expierience riding park, though, because then you'd know already, so i don't exspect you'd ride ramps that big(about 8+ feet)
