| Which mountain bike helmet to buy?
I am torn between two helmets, both of which I know would be a deal. I have always had Bell helmets, they work great, fit my head good, and I like the overall style but it's time for a new one and I thought I would try a new style. I am a pretty aggressive rider and most of my cycling is off road, single track with tight turns and trees.
I am looking at the Bell X-ray helmet http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=23019&subcategory_ID=4210 and the Giro Animas http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=23107&subcategory_ID=4210. My problem is that where I live there isn't a great bike shop that carries these models so I can try them on. Has anyone had any experience with either? Is one better than the other?
