Well there are 2 weels on a bike so you can make 490 bikes
There is 1 frame per bike so you can make 360 bikes
There is 1 handlebar per bike so you can make 305 bikes

If you subtract the 305 full bikes you can make, then you are left with 370 tires, and 55 frames, 0 handlebars
