your not gonna wantt to ride that tank on the road because you'll lose all of the energy that should be going to the road into the front or rear shock, so either get lockouts for them, or ride another bike on the street a bmx bike would even be better, but as far as the bags go yes you can find certain mounts at a bike shop.
