Just the opposite for me today!

I had my chain slip off and bind up and wind around the inside of the inside
chain ring, and could not move the pedals in any direction.

I too fortunately was able to unclip and come to, what some might call, a
graceful stop!

Yanked the wound chain out of the double winding, put the derailleur to the big
ring position, turned the pedal a few times and it caught the teeth, and I was
on my way.

Strange - never happened before!
