Can't answer the first question (why not check the baggage info on your
airline's web site?), but Decathlon (http:www.decathlon.fr) sells at least
a couple of CO2-operated hand pumps, so they probably carry the cartridges
too. You could also try Go Sport (http:www.gosport.fr). Both have outlets
throughout France, which you can locate via the above web sites.
