Cycling 2-3 miles a day, when will I notice the results?

When will the toning results start "appearing" on my body?
I'm doing it with dieting.

You wont with only 2-3 miles a day. That shouldn't even take you a half an hour. Eating better and exercising more will help you. Riding 2-3 miles a day isn't enough exercise.

The secret is to consume less calories that you use everyday.

I never said it takes me a half hour to ride 2-3miles. I don't know her riding type/style/speed so I threw out a beach cruise number to be general. Saying 2-3 miles isn't enough exercise.
