You probably don't want to hear it, but I am going to tell you the truth.

Since you didn't allow a 0 or any negative numbers in your rating, it is going to have to be a 1.

Never EVER buy a bike from Walmart or Target (or any discount store) unless you are only going to ride it on the road or smooth groomed trails and you figure you'll replace it within a year or 2.

Even if the bike was good (which it isn't), the quality of build to be expected by a minimum wage stock person would be bad or dangerous.
