| Probably too small, but it's not the only variable that can be adjusted to make the bike fit. For example, your seat tube, and the handlebar offset and extension can make a smaller frame work for a taller guy.
I'd get what is comfortable and you'll never be sorry. Anything too small is going to cause knee, back, and neck pain.
You need a bike frame sized where you can:
1. Lean on the handlebars comfortably without either stretching for it, or feel bent over too much.
2. Crank on the pedals without going into a mechanical disadvantage due to having your knees bent too much. You'll need to tweak this with your seat adjustment, but you should be able to almost extend your leg fully, but not all the way when riding.
