im doing about 25 minutes of cardio,exercise bike a day?
if im to start doing 50 mins a day but break it up into to half.one set in the morning and one set after tee time will i still be geting the same benafits as doing it all at once
(the exercise bike has arms so it has the rowing action aswell)
No, you won't get the same benefits, but if doing it all at once isn't an option then breaking it into shorter workouts is certainly better than not doing it at all.
Shoot for at least 1 hour a day, at least 5 days a week for weight loss, or at least 3 days a week for maintenance.
