When I ride my bike my "guy parts" and pelvic bone become painfully sore,

how can I fix it? I am riding a bike to loose weight and tone up but when I do my guy parts and pelvic bone become painfully sore. What can I wear or what kind of seat can I get to help this?

not sure...you might want to look into a cushion for the bike seat....or maybe you are cycling incorrectly...have someone take a look at you and how you bike....or maybe the seat is too high or low.

reposition when you get on the bike and for your pelvis, that might be a result of getting exercise.
