Small dent on top tube of my mountain bike (Steel). Replace or FIX?

There is a small sized dent on the top tube of my mountain bike steel frame.

It seems like the ride is still good nothing noticeable.

I am wondering if it is safe to ride on or should I fix it? If so where do I go to fix that? Thank you.
