ummm its not that simple Jim. mess with those screws enough and your shifting will be way outta whack. if its bent your screwed. wish i could be more help. take it to a shop?

its self explanatory two screw one set low gear the other sets hi gear

-derailler has 2 l's and only one screw to tighten
