Funny, I can't seem to find any site that doesn't have as the primary
definition the one that does not mention a toll. All of them have as
the second definition the one that does mention 'no toll', but in most
cases they make it clear that the 'no toll' is what separates the two.
Not that I really care - go on with the digression...
