Well, don't be shocked to see one on New York Avenue going into
Washington, DC in rush hour traffic - it happens. Bulldozers,
scrapers, I've seen at least a couple of each. OTOH, you have to admit
that they aren't as bothered by the potholes.

OK, you could argue that parts of New York Avenue should be a
construction zone, but these were on their way to someplace else.
