Oh yeah? Then why did she take the trouble to identify your store when in
the OP, you gave the customer anonymity? She went out of her way to do that
when it wasn't necessary or warranted.

I don't think she's on a mission to trash us, or at least identifying our
store isn't an indication of such, since I list our store name and web
address in all my posts.
