Hey, what do you he-men out there do about your crotch while cycling?
I think all them years of hard riding are finally catching up with me
(LOL) -- would y'all please recommend something like, I dunno, special
seats, seat posts, underwear, shocks, etc.?? What's the science on
this unfortunate "occupational hazard", anyway? Links, citations,
please?
Just think...future generations will thank you! I certainly will!

For off-road bike:
Big tires
High TPI tires
Low tire pressures
Full suspension (preferably coil)
Carbon seat post
WTB Rocket V Laser saddle
Performance Gel shorts
Stand up once in a while
For road bikes, I don't know. Just thinking about them makes my
posterior sore.

If you are trying to be funny, I have nothing to add. If you are serious,
you need to explain your problem. Most cases of crotch problems simply
require fine tuning your position and possibly a saddle change. As far as
your statement, "all them years of hard riding" is concerned, you need to
get this saddle problem sorted out before putting the big miles in. Once the
problem is solved, big miles are very easy on male hardware. During the
early season when you are adding time in the saddle to your schedule, your
ass does get used to the rest. That is really the only area that should be
uncomfortable for a while.
