Day 14. I cracked the ****s with them two days ago and insisted on dealing
only with a manager who could solve my problem. (My tolerance for insincere
apologies is not unlimited.) Performance's response has been two days of
silence. Maybe I will need to resort to the snail mail letter to the CEO.
