Update: LBS truing a wheel - Cycling Mob: Road Cycling, Mountain Biking and More

Just got back from the bike shop. Turns out the LBS guy -was- probably in a
bad mood as one poster suggested.

I got in and he smiles at me and wheels the bike around and says:

'...turns out it needed trued near the nipple, and wasn't as bad as I
thought.'

So I sez:

'...hey you got change for a twenty?'

Even though he said they don't take tips, I replied that he's taken me in
front of other work a couple times. He reluctantly accepted, and grinning
put Mr Lincoln in his pocket.
