Kudos to Nike Timing - Cycling Mob: Road Cycling, Mountain Biking and More

I received a Lance 4 watch last Christmas. Nice watch, lots of features(most
of which I don't use). I wore it on the bike but I used it as my main watch.
About 6 months after receiving it I noticed the yellow Lance signature on
the battery hatch had come off. I didn't really worry about it, and kept
wearing the watch. After a few more months, I noticed the ti case was
getting pretty dinged up. I contacted Nike and the rep suggested I send it
in for repair. Imagine my surprise when I opened the UPS package to find
what appears to be a new watch! Excellent customer service on what was
basically my fault.
