Hey, at least the guy in the pictures is wearing a helmet. Now, when he
falls flat on his back (whick looks like it could easily be done on
that contraption), he won't splatter his head all over the pavement
like a ripe watermelon LOL

I've seen this guy on that bicycle in a movie or television show or
something. I can't at all remember, but I think there was some sort of fair
going on and there were little kids just amazed by it.
