Litespeed Orion

My friend is looking at what appears to be a pretty
good deal on an '03 NOS Litespeed Orion, built with
Ultegra drivetrain & Mavic Cosmos wheels. The frame
has an aluminum triangle (OS & shaped tubes) with
"titanium enhanced carbon" stays & fork.

He asked for my opinion, but I don't know anything
about this particular bike. There aren't really
enough reviews available on the net to form a
reliable opinion. Does anybody have experience with
this bike and want to comment?

Right now he's doing ~100 miles a week of enjoyment
riding/training, but he's not racing and not planning
to race. He's doing a moderate amount of hill climbing
with every ride, but he's really just looking for a
good all-around bike. He's upgrading from an all-
aluminum Canondale that's 16-17 years old that appears
to have a mixed Campy component group (some of it is
Chorus, some I couldn't identify).
