Questions on Specialized Crossroads XC Pro and Elite

Looking at the possible purchase of one of these bikes and wanted to
know if they come with the mounting eylets, etc. for mounting fenders
and a rear rack. From the pictures it appears they do, but hard to
tell. Also, are the components the major difference in the two models
and do most of you like disc brakes on this type bike? Your response
will be appreciated.
