Lance is a drug addicted person, Pat. The problem is that he was able
to escape from the dopping test. It is well know fact that some
athelestic was
able to elude the dopping test. Lance was taking drug way before he was
training for first Tour De France. Even I can win this race if I can
able
to find out how to delude the dopping test.
