I built a birdhouse out of 20,000 psi silica fume/Portland cement/carbon
fiber mix.

Most start out by blaming the poor soils engineer who received the RFP
less than a week before the report is needed, and is expected to bump
THE PROJECT ahead of all his/her other clients' projects.

Are you a soils engineer Tom? For what the soil engineers charge to
check the soil for possible contamination, they should be able to
perform miracles for the contractor.

Soil Engineers can be seen doing lunch with waste management at Joey
the Gent's pizzeria wearing Armani. Whats up with that?

If you do not live in New Jersey, maybe there is no connection. ;-)

Here in Florida they show up in baggy shorts, sandals a goatee and geek glasses.
They're probably richer than the ones in Jersey.
