I need an online source for an inner tube for a 18 x 2.125 tire. All
the stores around me only have tubes for 16" or 20" tire.

Seek the way of google

Plugging in "18 x 2.125", in quotes, yields a couple of pages of hits. Some
of them even of bike tires, some of inner tubes.

Cheng Shin has them for $4.25 ea
