Actually, Mr. Kizer seems to pick random people to harass, as
evidenced by a google groups search on his name, which turns up
messages in random groups where he repeatedly writes similar
messages to others as he did above. He includes a telephone number
in many of them. I wonder if anybody's been suckered into calling
it, and if so, what they got.

I figure he's probably someone with a bone to pick with someone named
Bill Kizer, and is spamming his phone number and being rude to get
people upset enough call him and give him a hard time.

But "the real bill kizer" took me to task for suggesting that once
already.
